Scientific Capital Group is a national hotel financing brokerage company established in 2003 in Irvine, California. We arrange all types of hotel loans including CMBS Conduit, SBA 504 and 7(a), conventional, USDA B&I, and private funds for acquisitions, construction and take-outs, refinancing, and cash outs for both franchised and non-flagged independent hotels.
