SBA 504 First Loan:
4.50% to 6.00% fixed


SBA 7a:
5.75% to 6.5% - Adjustable over PRIME (some fixed options)


CMBS:
1.95% to 3.25% over 10 year SWAP or the 10 year treasury with floor of 4.5% to 4.75%
